On Friday, January 25^th, President Trump and Congress agreed to temporarily reopen government operations following a 35 day closure, the longest in history. Government operations will reopen for a three week period through February 15, 2019 while negotiations over border security continue.

Dairy-RP quotes are once again available following the reopening of government operations and can be used in conjunction with and on the same pounds as the Dairy Margin Coverage (DMC) program, which was introduced in the 2018 farm bill and will replace the previous Margin Protection Program (MPP).
